Halloween is a traditional event celebrated on the 31st October annually, up until recent years the celebration of Halloween was big in American culture and fairly uncelebrated in British culture. With internet auction site stores ever growing and becoming more reputable sources of ecommerce, setting up one up and selling fancy dress costumes would be a perfect business venture for the month of October, with fancy dress sales going through the roof when compared to the rest of the year. Buying stock is the first step and choosing how widely diversified you wish your store to be to accommodate the levels of stock you wish to keep in each area. You may wish to buy only one or two of each costume and hold a ‘when it’s gone, it’s gone’ policy or you may wish to stock high levels of one or two styles of costume such as a Witch or a Skeleton suit, this all depends on your personal preference and what scale you wish to sell on.
