1998 AD: Harry Potter and Voldemort destroy each other in the event known as The Final Battle. Any remaining Death Eaters disperse and go into hiding, while the rest of wizarding society is left to pick up the pieces of the shattered worlds of both magical and non-magical.

1999 AD (Est.): Rumours of three siblings being chosen as the heirs of Voldermort are circulated, and continue to be as years pass by. This is the official start of the suspect His Heirs, but not much is done about them as no one can find them, or even knows if they really exist.

2010s AD: Wizarding schools around the world begin to fail and deteriorate, this trend starting subtly and increasing more as the years go by. It is suspected it is the work of new evil wizards, perhaps the alleged Heirs of Voldemort themselves, but no one knows for sure.

2016 AD: After finishing her Aurors training, Elisa Monelli takes a year off to explore the world. She finds the ancient ruins of the Eterna, and begins studying the remains of the culture and fortress. After a while, she chooses to begin work renovating it and converting it into a school.

2017 AD:
-Elisa Monelly officially opens Anima Eterna as a new wizarding academy in Italy.
-A student is mysteriously murdered, and the school is called into question.

2018 AD:
-A couple other students and a staff member are found dead, and the Ministry intervenes.
-David Fairchild, Minister of Magic, takes up lodging in the school temporarily in an attempt to find the source of the problem.
-Another staff member is found murdered.
-The Ministry attempts to shut the school down, but fails.
-The Heirs make one of their first appearances, right on the school grounds. After a conflict with several staff members they vanish.
-A couple weeks later they appear again at Anima Eterna's end of year Graduation party and trash the place. Three students are killed in the process. Many more are wounded.
-At the beginning of the summer six half-bloods and muggleborns are captures by Death Eaters and tortured, only to be left bleeding on the coast of Catania weeks later as a scare tactic.
-Anima Eterna's second school year begins.
-Isla de la Paz, a major wizarding school in Brazil, is destroyed by Death Eaters in October.
-In early December Beauxbatons is destroyed in a similar fashion, killing many if its students.
-Later in December, five spirits of the Eterna are awakened inside of AE, and possess five students in order to deliver a message to the leader of the school.
-After finding Elisa in her office, they deliver the prophecy to her, explaining that they think it applies to modern AE.
-Afterwards they vanish, leaving Elisa the soul holder of the prophecy. She decides to keep it a secret until she can better figure things out.

2019 AD:
-His Heir the Second turns out to be the father of Lisa Allen and Renée LaFayé. Furthermore, he wants to train them to become the heirs to the Death Eater throne. Renée refuses and quits the Death Eaters, but Lisa is persuaded into joining him.
-They later have a falling out after Lisa accidentally kills someone. She is put on the Death Eater kill list, and Second is left without heirs.
-A woman by the name of Erishae appears out of nowhere who apparently knows about the prophecy.
-She tells the Heirs about it, convincing them that if they can collect this ancient magic the prophecy mentions from the school that they will be able to win the war.
-The Death Eaters attack AE at the end of the school year. The attack goes on for two hours and is eventually ended with the Death Eaters retreating, but not before they kill one fifth of the school's population.
-Anima Eterna slowly rebuilds and mourns its losses.
-Elisa reveals the prophecy to the school during the summer, saying that they have a right to know about it since she suspected it caused the attack.
-Elisa announces that from that point forward AE will be turning into some sort of school of war, training the older students to fight the Death Eaters.
-The new school year begins. -AE and the surrounding area is ravaged by freakish and extreme weather for a month. No one can determine the cause.
-The weather is returned to normal when four people become the Elemental Avatars, balancing the rampant elemental magic that had been causing the weather. At the same time, a wave of elemental magic is released, randomly endowing people in the surround area with the ability to wield elemental magic.
-It is considered to be the first of the ancient magic to be released into the world for thousands of years.
