What female super heroes/villains have black hair and pale skin?

I’m making a costume for a comic convention. Last year I was the 1960′s Julie Newmar Catwoman. I want to be something different this year. Preferably someone with a tight outfit. I have a 34-24-36 body type and I’m 5’6 so most outfit ideas will work

A villainess who fits the description you’re looking for is Selene (Black Queen) from X-Men. Aside from her being my first choice, there is Lady Deathstrike (villain again) is also featured with black hair and pale skin sometimes. Talia Al Ghul could fit your description as well. Sif (a hero) from Thor has black hair and pale skin, if you want to go on the side of good. I know these next two might have skin a little darker than you’re looking for, but maybe Elektra or Wonder Woman (although I gotta admit Wonder Woman is a little overdone)?
