Grammys Became A Disaster For Lady Gaga

The Grammy Awards ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and some of the awards of more popular interest are presented in a widely-viewed televised ceremony.

We can see the Grammy Awards not only a grand ceremony for music but also for the fashion world. The stars always are have close eyes on their costume, so does the medium. If the stars get some bad appraise, then the fashion designer may lose his job. For this Grammy Awards ceremony, Lady Gaga’s fashion (she loves to wear ugg boots very much.) designer is a good example for this rule.

Taking the advice of her fashion coordinator and personal designer for the event, Lady Gaga was again the talk of the red carpet and the object of ridicule after the Grammy Awards. The designer responsible for the dress design and the 36 inch vertical headdress was summarily dismissed following the event.

Hildi Santo-Tomas, famous for her outlandish room designs on the cable home improvement series “Trading Spaces”, had taken spray painted wire hoops and cardboard sequined hats to a new extreme for Lady Gaga’s outfit this year. Keeping to her budget of $50 for materials, the dress appeared interesting but clearly dysfunctional as the misshapen wire hoops prevented Miss Gaga from sitting. “The hat was another story”, said fashion (UGG Classic Cardy Boots rock his spring) critic Ivana Mann. “It looked like a third-grader made it with construction paper and glitter”.

That had been Hildi’s trademark in the past, featuring rooms decorated with newspaper glued to the walls, or dead grass, or rubber O-rings. Her fashion sense seemed to change little when shifting her attention to designing for Miss Gaga. “I’m sure Lady Gaga was hoping to be noticed in her dress, just not laughed at”, says Mann.

The dress and headwear were reportedly donated to the Niagara Falls location of the “Ripley’s Believe it or Not” museum.
